Lounge Access Policy
First and Business Class Customers
Lounge access is allowed for First and Business Class customers traveling on a same-day international flight operated by a SkyTeam member airline or with same-day transfers between flights (domestic or international) operated by two SkyTeam members. Lounge access will be provided only at your departure and transfer airports, and not on arrival. First and Business Class customers can enjoy access to the lounge at the departure airport at least 3 hours prior to their flight's scheduled departure time.
For connecting customers, both the domestic and international flights must be operated by a SkyTeam member airline, and all segments need to be booked in First or Business Class. Customers traveling on domestic flights must have an itinerary comprising a transfer from a domestic flight to an international flight or a domestic flight to another domestic flight, followed by a transfer to an international flight.
Present your First or Business Class boarding pass to the lounge agent for validation prior to admission. Lounge access may vary by airline; for more details, check the lounge finder.
SkyTeam Elite Plus
Regardless of travel class, eligible Elite Plus members1 traveling on a same-day international flight2 operated by a SkyTeam member airline or with same-day transfers between flights (domestic or international) operated by two SkyTeam members have access to a lounge.
Elite Plus customers can enjoy access to the lounge at the departure airport at least 3 hours prior to their flight's scheduled departure time.
Elite Plus customers connecting between two SkyTeam-operated flights will continue to enjoy access at the point of transfer. Lounge access will be provided at departure and transfer airports only and not on arrival at destination.
Customers traveling on domestic flights must have an itinerary comprising a transfer from a domestic flight to an international flight or a domestic flight to another domestic flight, followed by a transfer to an international flight.
Present your boarding passes and a valid Elite Plus membership card to the lounge agent for validation prior to admission.
Guests
SkyTeam Elite Plus members can invite one guest who must be traveling on the same SkyTeam member-operated flight, irrespective of their preceding and any onward flight. Simply present your guest’s boarding pass to the lounge agent for validation and admission.
To make your visit to SkyTeam Lounges as enjoyable as possible, we have created the following House Rules for all guests. SkyTeam reserves the right to revise the House Rules without notice.
1. Complimentary lounge access at Delta Sky Clubs is no longer extended to Delta SkyMiles Elite Plus equivalent members (SkyMiles Diamond, Platinum, and Gold Medallion) when flying in Main Cabin or Delta Comfort+ internationally. Effective January 1, 2024, Delta SkyMiles members traveling in Basic Economy or equivalent partner cabins will not have access to Delta Sky Clubs; SkyTeam Elite Plus members of other SkyTeam member frequent flyer programs are not impacted. Delta SkyTeam Elite Plus members flying on a Delta or other SkyTeam operated flight can continue to access other SkyTeam member airline owned lounges and SkyTeam branded lounges. Third party lounges are excluded.
2. International Travel excludes customers traveling between the US and the Caribbean.
