House Rules for SkyTeam Lounges



To make your visit to SkyTeam Lounges as enjoyable as possible, we have created the following House Rules for all guests.

The lounge reserves the right to amend or modify the House Rules at any time without written notice.

Food & drinks
- Food and beverages may not be brought into the lounge.
- Food and beverages served in the lounge may not be removed from the lounge.
- Guests under the legal drinking age must be accompanied by an adult. Legal drinking age is determined by local jurisdiction.
- We have established a responsible alcohol consumption policy in cooperation with our airline partners.

Non-Smoking Airport
- Smoking, vaping, chewing tobacco, and e-cigarettes are not permitted in the lounge.

Children
- Children must be accompanied by parents at all times. In order to maintain a calm and relaxing atmosphere, children are requested not to run, shout, or jump on the furniture.

Sleep
- Sleeping is prohibited except in areas specially designed for relaxation or sleeping. Please monitor your flight.

Sound
- Airport luggage carts and strollers are not permitted in the lounge.
- As a courtesy to other guests, please wear headphones when using personal electronic devices.

Access
- In order to maintain a professional atmosphere, the lounge reserves the right to remove any guest for inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to loud, disruptive, abusive, unlawful, or violent behavior.
- Airline, airport and industry employees are not permitted access while in uniform or while wearing branded apparel or company/airport identification badge. This includes employees of other airlines, private vendors, corporate aircraft, and charter carriers.

Pets
- Pets are permitted in the lounge if allowed by local jurisdiction. Pets must remain in carriers while in the lounge.
- Service animals are permitted if allowed by local jurisdiction.

Other
- The lounge is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
- Flight announcements are not routinely made in the lounge. Please monitor your flight.
- As a courtesy to others, please refrain from putting shoes and/or feet on the tables.
