My name is Alessandra Lucheschi. I hold an Italian and British passport. I have been living in the Netherlands since November 2009 and I joined SkyTeam in March 2010. I lead the lounge experience within SkyTeam. My focus is the overall lounge experience including technology, supervising operations of SkyTeam lounges, product improvements, driving the development of SkyTeam footprint, bringing to life new concepts/partnerships, managing our lounge partners (governance, contracting) and creating constant value with our member airlines.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling and watching interior design shows.

Out of the core value of SkyTeam I am proud that we are passionate - we put our whole hearts into what we do. Over the years, I have developed solid relationships with colleagues in our office, at our member airlines, but also with our lounge operators/investors. The passion for our industry (even during these challenging times) is palpable from all angles of the business.
Biggest achievement
In 2012, I was part of the core team responsible for rolling out SkyPriority worldwide in 1000+ airports.
I have been involved in the opening of 7 lounges: HKG and SYD in 2015; PEK and DXB in 2016; YVR in 2017; IST in 2019 and SCL in 2022.Why SkyTeam?
