About PC Timetable

The PC Timetable is a complete system timetable displaying all nonstop and direct flights as well as a connection builder. Additionally, selected routes can be added to an Itinerary for saving, printing or emailing. The PC Timetable is updated on a monthly basis and includes a 365-day schedule period.

The PC Timetable is compatible with all Windows operating systems supported by Microsoft. The PC Timetable, which can vary in size depending on the time of year, is approximately a 3.5-megabyte download.

Download/Installation instructions for PC Timetable
  • Select PC Timetable Download from the Electronic Timetable download page and wait for the download dialogue box to load.
  • Select 'Run from Current Location' option.
  • Wait for the PC Timetable application file to download
  • Follow the screen prompted software installation instructions.
The PC Timetable is now installed on your PC and a program icon is on your desktop. Please double click the program icon on your PC to launch the PC Timetable.
Update/Installation instructions for Pocket PC Timetable
  • If you are using the Auto Update conduit, the TravelDesk application will be updated automatically (depending on your conduit settings). If you are using the conduit and are not receiving updates there maybe Firewall issues and a manual update process is required. Follow the steps below.
  • The PC Timetable is updated on a monthly basis.
  • Select the Update link on the main page of the PC Timetable and download and reinstall the PC Timetable with the latest application and schedule data.

The PC Timetable is compatible with all Windows operating systems supported by Microsoft.

When I update the PC Timetable the application 'hangs,' shuts down or displays an error message.
This is typically a memory conflict on your PC. Please close large open applications and/or reboot your PC to free up RAM.

About Palm OS

The Palm OS Timetable is a complete system timetable displaying all nonstop and direct flights as well as a connection builder. Additionally, selected routes can be added to your Calendar. The Palm OS Timetable is updated on a monthly basis and includes a 75-day schedule period. The Palm OS Timetable is compatible with Palm operating systems 2.0 and later. The Palm OS Timetable, which can vary in size depending on the time of year, is approximately a 250-kilobyte download.

Download/Installation instructions for Palm OS Timetable
  • Assure that you have installed and used HotSync on your PC (to synchronize data from your PC to your Palm OS device).
  • Select Windows or Macintosh download (depending on your operating system) and follow the installation instructions.
  • HotSync your Palm device to place the Palm OS Timetable application on your PDA.
  • Assure you have an Internet connection and HotSync a second time to have the auto update conduit download and install the latest Palm database.
  • If you have a network or firewall that blocks the update conduit access to the Internet, please download the latest palm database from the Palm OS Manual Database download link on the Electronic Timetable download page
The Palm OS Timetable is now installed on your PDA and a program icon displays on the All Applications page. Please tap the program icon to launch the Palm OS Timetable.

What Palm OS operating systems is the Palm OS Timetable compatible with?
The Palm OS Timetable is compatible with PDAs using the Palm 2.0 and later Operating Systems.

I receive an "incompatible database" message. What is the problem?
You have conflicting application and database versions on your PDA.
  • Delete the application from your PDA.
  • Softboot your PDA (turn over your PDA, slide open if applicable, and push in on the recessed button).
  • Download and install the Palm OS application from the Electronic Timetable download page.
  • If you use the automatic update conduit, remember to HotSync a second time to download the current schedule database from the network.
  • If you continue to have difficulties, either remove the application from your Palm/Backup folder on your PC or confirm that "Handheld overwrites PC" is selected in "Custom" on your Palm DeskTop application.
I have a network/firewall that is blocking the automatic update conduit access to the Internet. How do I update the Palm OS Timetable?

The Pocket PC Timetable is a complete system timetable displaying all nonstop and direct flights as well as a connection builder. Additionally, selected routes can be added to your Calendar. The Pocket PC Timetable is updated on a monthly basis and includes a 365-day schedule period.

The Pocket PC Timetable is compatible with Windows Pocket PC 2000 and later operating systems (using the Intel StrongARM and XScale processor family). The Pocket PC Timetable, which can vary in size depending on the time of year, is approximately a 1-megabyte download.

Download/Installation instructions for Pocket PC Timetable
  • Assure that you have installed and used ActiveSync on your PC (to synchronize data from your PC to your Pocket PC device).
  • Select Pocket PC Download from the Electronic Timetable download page and wait for the download dialogue box to load.
  • Select "Run from Current Location" option.
  • Wait for the application file to download
  • Follow the screen prompted software installation instructions.
  • If your Pocket PC is in its cradle the Pocket PC Timetable will be installed directly to your Pocket PC.
  • If your Pocket PC is not in its cradle, the Pocket PC Timetable will be installed with your next ActiveSync.
The Pocket PC is now installed on your Pocket PC and a program icon is in the Programs folder of your Pocket PC. Please tap the program icon on your Pocket PC to launch the Pocket PC Timetable.

If you have a Pocket PC 2003 operating system a "Pocket PC 2003 Dialup Fix" page will display. Please select "OK". This fix enables offline browser schedule lookups in current devices.
Update/Installation instructions for Pocket PC Timetable

  • Select Pocket PC Timetable and wait for the download dialogue box to load.
  • Select "Run from Current Location" option to download and reinstall the Pocket PC Timetable with the current flight schedules.
  • Wait for the PocketPC.exe file to download.
  • Follow the screen prompted software installation instructions.
  • If your Pocket PC is in its cradle the Pocket PC Timetable will be installed directly to your Pocket PC.
  • If your Pocket PC is not in its cradle, the Pocket PC Timetable will be installed with your next ActiveSync.

What Pocket PC operating systems is the Pocket PC Timetable compatible with?
The Pocket PC Timetable is compatible with PDAs using the Windows Pocket PC 2000/02/03 Operating System (using the Intel StrongARM and XScale processor family).

When I update the Pocket PC Timetable a message appears saying the application is in use.
Please softboot your Pocket PC device by pressing the recessed button on your PDA or select "Softboot" from the cover page of the Pocket PC Timetable. Reconnect your device and reinstall.

When I try to look up flights a message appears saying I must connect to the Internet.
A "dialup fix" application was not launched on your Pocket PC. On your Pocket PC please select: Start / Programs / File Explorer / My Device / Program Files / Timetable / DialupQuery.exe
Please Tap "OK" in the DialupQuery to implement the "fix" that will enable lookups. This is a one-time activity.
