The China Pass gives you a choice of 105 destinations to plot your exploration of China, provided by SkyTeam’s newest member, China Southern.

Travel at Your Own Pace
All you need to do is buy an international ticket to Mainland China on any of SkyTeam’s 9 Member carriers or two Associate Airlines, to become eligible to purchase the China Pass. Next step is to simply book your first flight within China at least 3 days before your international departure. The China Pass allows you to travel at your own pace* and book your continuing travel whenever you are ready for your next discovery.

Easy Fare Structure
Fares depend on the number of coupons and season of travel, plus applicable taxes and/or fees.

Low Season: From 1st November to 10th January, 11th February to 31st March, 1st May to 30th June.

Example: An adult passenger travelling in low season: Beijing - Shanghai - Guangzhou - Beijing will pay 330 USD for a Sky Team China Pass with 3 coupons. The conventional air fare would be 600 USD.

High season: From 1st July to 31st Oct, 11th January to 10th February, 1st April to 30th April

Example: An adult passenger travelling in high season: Beijing - Shanghai - Guangzhou - Lahsa - Chong Qing - Urumqi - Beijing will pay 905 USD for a SkyTeam China Pass with 6 coupons (surcharges included). The conventional air fare would be 1580 USD for the same routing.

Eligibility

Tickets are sold only outside of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan).

The SkyTeam China Pass is only valid for sale when purchased in conjunction with an international round trip ticket on any SkyTeam partner airline, including AF/AM/AZ/CZ/DL/KE/KL/KQ/OK/SU/UX or with a SkyTeam Round the World ticket.

The China Pass can be sold in conjunction with an international SkyTeam Frequent Flyer reward ticket.

Routing

Travel on SkyTeam China Pass coupon tickets will be on CZ domestic flights, excluding the flights between Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan and Mainland China.

Fares do not apply to code share flight CZ5001-5999 not operated by CZ. A long distance surcharge may apply.

Reservations and Ticketing

Passengers with SkyTeam China Pass coupons must be booked in economy class. Tickets must be issued at least 3 days before departure on the first flight coupon.

Miles earning

SkyTeam China Pass does not allow passengers to earn frequent flyer mileage.

Rebooking & rerouting

Rebooking is permitted. Rerouting is not permitted for first CZ domestic sector. Other sectors are permitted but a service charge of 100 USD will apply. Cancellation charge of 100 USD applies if cancellation is before departure. Cancellation is not allowed after departure.

Baggage allowance

The baggage allowance on the SkyTeam China Pass is 20kg.
