> Making the sky the best place on earth

Air France is pursuing an ongoing policy focussed on quality and innovation. Tailoring products and services to customers' expectations is one of the major challenges of Air France's commercial policy. This has led to two major overhauls: the introduction of the New Travel Concept on long-haul flights, in particular with the new cabin layout in l'Espace Première (First Class), l'Espace Affaires (Business Class) and Tempo cabins, along with significant changes to the medium-haul product. Air France is a founding member of SkyTeam. Air France was founded in 1933.

Largest European Network

Air France Schedule Air France operates 1,700 daily flights with a fleet of 380 aircraft.

Almost all (90%) Air France's long-haul routes are non stop. The company's medium-haul network is distinguished by a large number of destinations and frequencies (an average of almost 6 daily flights per destination).

The Air France hub at Roissy-Charles-de-Gaulle is recognised as being one of the most efficient and competitive in Europe: the company offers 20,500 weekly connecting opportunities between long-haul and medium-haul flights, which is more than can be offered in London or Frankfurt.

In metropolitan France, Air France customers benefit from regular flights between Paris-Orly and Bordeaux, Marseille, Nice and Toulouse thanks to the La Navette shuttle service. An important regional network also enables Air France to offer numerous connections among European hubs with its subsidiaries Brit Air, CityJet and Regional Airlines.

Air France and KLM together gave rise to Europe's leading air transport group in May 2004. Both airlines now offer their customers a combined network, which includes a total of 247 destinations in 104 countries.
